INRI Search Engine Optimization Services
 1.  Identify measurable client objectives - Rankings, Traffic, Leads, Sales.
 2.  Perform competitive analysis - Identifies current position in relation to competitors.
 3.  Produce TopRank Tactical Plan - Outlines final target keyword phrase list and specific mix of Search Engine Marketing tactics for achieving objectives.
 4.  Keyword analysis and research - Determines competitiveness, relevance and popularity of target phrases. Using content of the current web site as well as a review of competitors, a keyword analysis report listed in order of popularity is provided. From this list the refined keyword glossary is defined for use by client copywriting staff and Network’s subsequent optimization and link building activities.
 5.  Technical SEO Assessment - Network will work with client web design and development team to identify any technical opportunities to improve search engine friendliness of the site as it is built. Recommendations will be provided identifying code, design and link structure suggestions in order to launch a search engine friendly site. Code optimization implementation performed by client web development staff.
 6.  Content Optimization - Network will provide best practices keyword phrase and content optimization recommendations for implementation by client web development staff. Specific site optimization examples will be provided as best practices for the entire site. Web page optimization includes and is not limited to: Title tags, Meta tags, on-page keyword/content optimization, internal linking, image alt text and best practices page HTML structure. Provide best practices page optimization for reference in future creation of search engine friendly pages. Requires the creation of additional text content and/or changes to current site structure.
 7.  Site Map Inclusion - Create XML sitemap documents and submit for inclusion to Google Webmaster Central Sitemap program and Yahoo Sitemaps. Monitor indexing statistics for both Sitemaps programs on a monthly basis.
 8.  Paid Directory Submissions - Paid directory submissions and text links may be necessary. Each will be presented for approval by client prior to submission. Paid inclusion fees are paid by the client and we recommend a budget of $1200 per year be allocated to paid directory listings. These fees are paid directly to the directories such as Yahoo, Microsoft Small Business Directory, Business.com, BOTW, etc.
 9.  Build Link Popularity - Inbound links can account for nearly 50% of web page ranking factors. TopRank link building specialists will research and solicit quality, high-ranking, complimentary, non-competitive sites to link to home page and target category pages within client web site. TopRank will consult on the development or repurposing of linkable content articles as well as provide best practices for creating new, search engine friendly content. This task may include social media marketing with articles or press releases written by client via Digg, del.icio.us and other social media sites.
 10.  Monitor and Refine - Rankings will fluctuate due to the changing nature of search engine filtering practices. Network will monitor rankings, documents indexed, inbound links and search engine spidering activity and make adjustments proactively.
 11.  SEO reporting (as possible) includes- Ongoing optimization needs, Rankings, Unique Visitors and Referrers Performance, Conversions/Sales, Link Building and overall campaign performance.
We will thoroughly review your web site and provide the following deliverables for implementation by your web team:
